About the Role
As freelance support for Christophe Robin, you will support our key retail business with sell-through oriented training programs servicing our luxury retail partners and act as the main point of contact for these teams.
Hours per week will range from 20-25 hrs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for Christophe Robin, effectively communicating the brand’s ethos
- Create a luxury experience with brand-specific selling behavior including product demonstration
- Achieve sales objectives by connecting with clients and engaging in sell-through activity
- Express a passion for beauty and haircare
- Achievement of weekly sales targets & KPI’s to grow the business
- Complete weekly training/sell-through reports.

Minimum Qualifications
Requirements
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a retail environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build a rapport and establish trust with customers
- Previous experience in luxury sales, preferably beauty advisory
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
